Morda si to kdaj rekla tudi na glas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">V\u010dasih z nasme\u0161kom, drugi\u010d s sramom, tiho, kot priznanje neuspeha.<br \/><b>A kaj sploh pomeni biti \u201cdobra v seksu\u201d?<\/b><br \/>Kdo je to dolo\u010dil?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dru\u017eba ima o tem veliko mnenj. Trajanje, \u0161tevilo orgazmov, stopnja \u201cstrasti\u201d, koliko u\u017eitka nudi\u0161 drugi osebi.<br \/>Seks je postal\u00a0<b>\u0161e ena oblika dose\u017eka.<\/b><br \/>Kot bi bil prostor, kjer moramo \u201cuspeti\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ampak seks ni \u0161port. Ni tekmovanje.<br \/>In tudi ni oder, kjer igramo vlogo \u201cdobre ljubimke\u201d.<br \/><b>Ni odvisen od tega, s koliko ljudmi si imela seksualne izku\u0161nje, ali kako pogosto so del tvojega \u017eivljenja.<br \/><\/b>Vse to ne pove ni\u010d o tvoji prisotnosti, povezanosti, o tem, koliko si res tam \u2013 s sabo in z drugimi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ko posku\u0161amo biti dobre,\u00a0<b>pogosto pozabimo\u00a0<i>biti prisotne<\/i>.<\/b><br \/>Telo sledi nau\u010denim vzorcem, misli preverjajo, \u010de delamo prav \u2013 a ob\u010dutki? Ti ostanejo nekje v ozadju.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ve\u010dina od nas se o seksu ni nikoli zares u\u010dila.<br \/>Nih\u010de nas ni u\u010dil, kako poslu\u0161ati telo, kako sporo\u010diti \u017eelje, kako ostati v stiku s seboj, tudi ko smo z drugo osebo.<br \/><b>U\u010dili so nas, da moramo ugajati.<\/b><br \/>In da je u\u017eitek nekaj, kar\u00a0<i>dajemo drugim.<br \/>Da je moj u\u017eitek odvisen od druge osebe.<\/i><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Pa ni.<br \/><b>U\u017eitek je odnos \u2013 do sebe, do svojega telesa, do druge osebe.<\/b><br \/>Za\u010dne se z radovednostjo.<br \/>Z iskrenostjo, s katero spoznavamo, kaj nam je res prijetno, in z ranljivostjo, s katero si to upamo povedati.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Biti \u201cdobra v seksu\u201d bi morda lahko pomenilo prav to:<br \/><b>biti prisotna, igriva, iskrena.<\/b><br \/>Znati poslu\u0161ati telo in spo\u0161tovati, kadar re\u010de \u201cja\u201d ali \u201cne\u201d.<br \/><b>Biti so\u010dutna, ko pridejo trenutki zadrege ali sramu.<\/b><br \/>Ker pridejo \u2013 skoraj vedno pridejo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">In morda (zelo verjetno, sigurno?) sploh ne gre za to, da bi bila \u201cdobra\u201d.<br \/>Ampak, da bi bila\u00a0<b><i>resni\u010dna<\/i><\/b>.<br \/><b>Seks, ki je resni\u010den, ni popoln.<\/b><br \/>Je \u017eiv, nepredvidljiv, neroden, v\u010dasih spro\u017ea tudi te\u017eka ob\u010dutja.<br \/>Ampak je na\u0161.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\">In mogo\u010de je to najve\u010d, kar si lahko \u017eelimo \u2013<br \/>ne da bi bile dobre v seksu,<br \/>ampak da bi se\u00a0<b>vedno znova vra\u010dale nazaj v stik<\/b>\u00a0\u2013 s seboj in nato z drugo osebo,<br \/>v tem trenutku.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p3\">\u00a0<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kolikokrat si na to pomislila?
