My foundations
Studying psychotherapy showed me how deeply we are all shaped by the wounds we carry, and that opening those wounds safely requires deep respect, ethics, integrity, ongoing learning and professional support.
Buddhism, meditation and mindfulness helped me realise just how unpredictable, mysterious and vast life truly is – both within us and around us. They reminded me that not all answers can be found through understanding alone. Some things reveal themselves only when we allow them enough space.
The VITA™ approach deepened my understanding of how important it is not to lose sight of pleasure, creativity, desire and joy, even in the face of the pain that is an inevitable part of life.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people do not need to be fixed. I believe that each of us carries far more within than we are aware of at any given moment. It is my intention to create a space where people can meet themselves in a way that honours their own pace, their lived experience, and their unique path. I hope to share that space with anyone who feels called to walk part of their journey alongside me.

I love spending time in nature with my dog, Tia, and every now and then you'll find me taking a spontaneous dip in a river or a lake. I love dancing – whether it's by myself in my living room or with others. Reading, listening to and writing poetry is food for my soul. I also rarely go anywhere without my Kindle (I resisted it for a long time, but these days it comes with me almost everywhere), always filled with an endless selection of novels. I've travelled through a large part of our beautiful world, and I have no doubt that the call to discover new cultures, places and, ultimately, myself will soon invite me on another journey.

My commitement
My life intention is to support the development of a more inclusive and accepting society. Therefore, all people, regardless of age, sexual orientation, gender identity, body ability, race, ethnicity, or religion are invited to work with me. I am aware that the desire to support a more inclusive society requires constant learning and is challenging at times. However, I am dedicated to continuously questioning concepts and ideologies and committed to understanding each individual with their unique experiences and needs as best as I can.
